2 year old Daily Schedule : Session 830-12:30pm
1-5 or full day 8-5pm
Before care 8-830
8am-8:30am Arrival free play
When children arrive, they will put away their belongings, have free play and join their peers on the ready rug while everyone arrives.
9:30 Wash Hands for Snack
Each week it will be a student’s job to be line leader and a caboose. Children will line up to wash hands for snack.
10:00-10:30 Art/Sensory/Science
Depending on the day and theme this time is for children to explore in areas of art, sensory and science.
11:00-11:20 Clean Up/Story Time
Story time will be introduced as the teacher read/audio books/felt board or puppet's play.
12:30-2PM Nap Time
At wake up-Potty/ Diapers Wash Hands for Snack

8:45-9:20 Circle Time, calendar, days of the week
Children will gather for morning circle where they will go over weather, calendar, theme of the week, class jobs, songs and on Fridays Share Day
9:40-10:00 Music and Movement or OUT SIDE time
Each day we will sing and dance to get our wiggles out
10:30-11:00 Learning Stations
This is a structured setting where stations will be set-up for children to be in small groups. Activity at these stations will range from fine motor skills, building to cooperative games.
11:20-12:00 Lunch
12:00-12:30 Nap Time Quiet Reading/Departure ( if child is not attending full day)

3:00-3:30 Wash Hands/Music and Movement
Each day we will sing and dance to get our wiggles out, also incorporating instruments
4:30 Clean Up/Story Time
Story time will be introduced as the teacher read/audio books/felt board or puppet's play.
5:00 Departure
While the children are getting ready to be picked up they can look at a book on our reading rug.
4:00 Art/Sensory/Science/Learning Stations
Depending on the day and theme this time is for children to explore areas of art, sensory and science
4:30 Outside Play/Gross Motor
Student will enjoy a short walk to get fresh air at our local park. Each day the teacher will go over safety rules and how we keep our friends safe.
